McAlpin Tanner Marcotte Assists In Settling Claims Following Fatal 4th Of July Boating Accident

McAlpin Tanner Marcotte was involved in settling multiple claims following a multi-vessel accident on July 4, 2014 that resulted in four fatalities and multiple critical injuries. The Fourth of July boating accident has been described as “the highest profile – and deadliest – boating tragedy in recent memory.”  According to the FWC, Florida has more boating fatalities than any other state.  There were 73 boating fatalities in Florida in 2014.
