William Frankl is an Associate Attorney at McAlpin Florez Marcotte. After earning his Bachelor of the Arts in History at The George Washington University, Mr. Frankl studied at Tulane University Law School, graduating in May 2023. Mr. Frankl’s interest in maritime law stems from his longstanding passion for all things aquatic, namely maintaining saltwater aquariums, going to the beach, and SCUBA diving. Pursuing a law degree at Tulane University Law School enabled him to apply these hobbies to related areas of law, publishing works with and serving as Senior Articles Editor for the Tulane Maritime Law Journal. He also took advantage of the wide array of maritime courses Tulane offers, attaining a certificate in maritime law upon graduation.
