Michael Del Duca is an associate at McAlpin Florez Marcotte, where he represents a broad range of clients, including cruise lines, insurance companies, underwriting clubs, and recreational boaters. Prior to joining McAlpin Florez Marcotte, Michael gained invaluable insight into federal practice through his role as a judicial intern for the Honorable Marcia G. Cooke of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. He earned his Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University College of Law, where he served as an editor for the St. Thomas University Law Review. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Florida.
