Julie earned her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University School of Law, where she served as Lead Articles Editor for the Journal of International and Comparative Law. She completed her undergraduate studies at American University in Washington, D.C., majoring in Political Science with a minor in Art History. During her time in Washington D.C., she gained valuable experience working for bipartisan lobbying firms, honing her analytical and advocacy skills, which she now applies to diligently represent her clients in maritime cases.
