Lourdes Cardelle is an associate at McAlpin Florez Marcotte, where she focuses her practice on maritime litigation, including personal injury and wrongful death claims, limitation of liability actions, marine insurance claims, and recreational boating cases, and cruise line defense. She also has experience representing major cruise lines in in matters involving both crew and passenger claims.
Ms. Cardelle earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law and graduated summa cum laude from Florida International University with a degree in Criminal Justice. A South Florida native, she is committed to environmental stewardship, having actively participated in marine science courses, beach cleanups, and programs in the Florida Keys focused on marine conservation and research.
